We have 2 diffirent packeges for cleanings ;

Package 1 :

400lira for 1 bedroom apartyment

500 lira for 2 bedroom apartment

750 lira for 3 bedroom apartment

900 lira for Penthouse apartment

1500 lira for 3-4 bedrooms Villa 

Cleaning includes of balconies , terraces and windows (washing balconies or terraces, handrails and reachable windows).

Package 2 :

900 lira for 1 bedroom apartyment

1250 lira for 2 bedroom apartment

1500 lira for 3 bedroom apartment

1900 lira for Penthouse apartment

3000 lira for 3-4 bedrooms Villa 

Folding Glass Balcony cleanings are extra 300lira

Cleaning includes ;

Washing balconies and/or terraces

Washing handrails and reachable windows

Washing the staircases and wet areas of the house (kitchen, toilets, bathrooms etc.)

Cleaning, dusting and polishing of all surfaces

Dusting windows and frames etc.

General tidying up the whole house/flat

make beds ready 

Doing one load with washing machine (if the laundry doesn't dry during the cleaning time, the laundry will be hung up to dry. Extra laundry can be washed in the service office if needed and brought back to the apartment within 2 days. There is an extra costs of 500 LIRA for this service. Please give us notice if this service is needed.)
